Burns Monument & Memorial Gardens – Alloway
The Burns monument and memorial gardens stand on the north bank of the River Doon. The monument and the gardens come under the management of Robert Burns Birth place Museum and operated by the National Trust for Scotland. The Gardens were on this site when the Burns Monument was built between 1820 and 1823. Stunning scenery on the way to Belfast. We visited the Titanic Belfast work-shop after reaching there, unfortunately it was raining and good photos were impossible to take. Visited the site of Titanic factory of M/s Harland and Wolff (H & W) the crane used for this ship and other work place.
