Bheda Ghat

BhedaGhat is situated approximately 25 kms away from the city center. Clean, transparent and calm water of the Narmada bounded by the attractive rocks of soft marble, are enchanting. It is believed that in the ancient times, a great saint Bhrigu Muni had meditated here, that is why, the name was BhriguGhat. Later, with the passage of time which has now changed to Bhedaghat. One can enjoy boating here.The Marble Rocks is an area along the Narmada river in central India near the city of Jabalpur; in Bhedaghat of Jabalpur District, in the state of Madhya Pradesh. Here one can see beautiful white, black and brown coloured marbles.

Dhuandhar Falls: This is one of the most prominent tourist hotspots of Bhedaghat. The flow of waterfall is such that it gives an illusion of smoke, which is why it’s called Dhuandhar, where Dhuan means smoke and dhar means flow of water. Falling from a height of 30 m, the waterfall is magnificent to look at.
