Tangier is a city in northwestern Morocco, has for centuries been Europes’s gateway to Africa. It is on the Maghreb coast at the western entrance to the Strait of Gibraltar, where the Mediterranean Sea meets the Atlantic. The Port of Tangier is located at the entry of the Strait of Gibraltar in the most western part of the city of Tangier. It is located in the city of Tangier itself. We are taking a Ferry from Tangier to Algeciras, a port city in the south of Spain and the largest urban area on the Bay of Gibraltar.
